The Taxidermist is a short documentary about a 74 year old Air Force veteran and taxidermist, Rick Kennair, who praises God with his artwork in New Orleans, Louisiana. The film follows Rick and his unlikely philosophy towards life and his friendship with Mesut, a Turkish artist from the shores of Bodrum. The project was made possible by the Emerging Voices Program of New Orleans Film Festival.
